Appointments

Appointments are always available by appointment only and must be confirmed by us.

Personal Responsibility

Players participate in the game at their own risk. Players under 16 years of age may only participate accompanied by an adult. Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other illegal substances are not allowed to participate in the game. It is at the discretion of the game master to possibly exclude individuals from the game.

Health Issues

Players must inform the game master about medical conditions (physical or psychological) that may affect the game. The room is not locked, and players have the opportunity to leave the room at any time. Once the room has been exited, rejoining the game is not possible. The remaining group can continue the game.

Payments

Advance payments and bank transfers are non-refundable. However, booked appointments can be rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance.

Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Copyright

Escape rooms are protected works under copyright law. Any form of photography or video recording is prohibited.

Mobile Phones and Photos

Bringing mobile phones is strictly prohibited! In case of a violation, the game master reserves the right to exclude the player(s) concerned from the game and is authorized to delete photos of the escape room! Mobile phones and cameras must be deposited in a locked box before the game begins and will be returned at the end of the game. To not negatively affect the gaming experience, it is recommended to set the phone to silent mode.

Video Surveillance

The entire game is monitored by the game master via video cameras (live). No recordings are made. Video and audio surveillance are essential parts of the game.

Don’t Touch

Items marked with a red dot must not be touched, as they are not part of the game.

Damage

It is prohibited to unnecessarily stress or arbitrarily destroy objects. If an item, fixture, or equipment in the rooms is damaged during the game, the players must cover the repair costs. If the damage is so severe that it hinders or cancels other games on that day, the responsible person may be liable for damages.

Liability

The company White Stone Film d.H.P. assumes no liability for accidents, especially property damage and/or personal injury!

Introduction

Participation in the introduction to the game is mandatory for all participants. By signing these terms and conditions, the players accept these terms and rules of the game and their compliance. In case of non-compliance with the rules of the game, the game master has the right to cancel the game and ask the players to leave the premises. A refund of the contribution is not possible in this case!

Data Protection

This document will be archived, and the data contained therein will only be used for the purposes of the game process, and in compliance with data protection rules.
